Cancellation Policy

Last updated: April 17, 2026

Cancellation rules come from the airline fare you purchase—not from WebookDestination alone. We explain the fare rules before you confirm, but penalties, credits, and refundability are ultimately set by the carrier and the fare type.

Who sets cancellation charges?

The airline (or ticketing consolidator) defines change and cancellation fees, fare difference, and whether any value is returned as cash, voucher, or future credit. WebookDestination passes through those rules and helps you request changes through the correct channel.

Agency assistance fees

If we charge a service fee for booking assistance, whether that fee is refundable on cancellation depends on what we told you at confirmation (for example, waived within 24 hours of ticketing where applicable). Ask your specialist for the exact terms on your file.

Timeline

When a cancellation is eligible for a refund from the airline, processing often takes several business days after the airline accepts the cancellation. Bank or card refunds can take additional time to appear. See also our Refund Policy for refund-specific timing.

How to cancel

Contact us as soon as your plans change: info@webookdestinations.com, service desk +1 (888) 816-5958, or sales +1 (844) 498-7368. Have your booking reference and passenger names ready. Do not assume a booking is cancelled until you receive written confirmation.
