1. Flight Cancellations
To cancel a flight booked with WeBook Destination, please contact our customer service team directly at +1 (844) 498-7368.
You will receive two key documents after booking:
- Itinerary Document: Sent immediately after booking, confirming your travel request details.
- E-ticket / Invoice Receipt: Sent once all arrangements are confirmed with the airline or supplier. This serves as your proof of booking.
- 24-Hour Rule: Most flights can be canceled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.
- Airline Change/Cancel Fees: Changes or cancellations after 24 hours may incur airline-imposed fees and fare differences.
- Refund Restrictions: Some fares are non-refundable. Please review fare rules in your itinerary before requesting changes.
- Future Travel Credit: Non-refundable tickets may be eligible for a travel credit if canceled before departure (as per airline policy).
- Direct Airline Cancellations: Certain low-cost or regional airlines may require cancellation directly through the carrier.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are subject to airline, hotel, or tour operator rules and are not always guaranteed.
- In case of Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), WeBook Destination is not liable to provide a refund.
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 15–45 business days, depending on the supplier.
- No refunds are provided for unused services, no-shows, or partially completed trips.
3. Conditions of Travel
- Clients must follow the confirmed tour or travel program. Failure to join, late arrival, or early departure results in no refund.
- If you miss your flight or are unable to join due to personal reasons (e.g., illness, lost documents), it will be treated as a “no-show,” and full cancellation charges will apply.
- No refund will be issued if you discontinue a tour or trip midway for personal reasons.
- Pre-tour services (like promotional hotel nights or flights) that remain unused are non-refundable.
- WeBook Destination reserves the right to withdraw a traveler’s participation if their behavior disrupts the group. No refund will be provided in such cases.
4. Limitation of Liability
- The maximum liability of WeBook Destination is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the booking.
- We are not responsible for incidental or consequential expenses such as missed connections, hotel stays, or alternate travel arrangements.
- Any additional surcharges or fare increases imposed by suppliers must be borne by the traveler, even after booking.
5. Legal Terms
- Any legal claim against WeBook Destination must be filed within 7 days of the completion of travel.
- Discounts, offers, and promotions are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
